which regulates the making available on the market and the putting into service of radio equipment in the European Union.<\/p><p>This scope includes all devices that intentionally use the radio radio spectrum no longer falls within the scope of the RED, but is governed by other directives, including Directive 2014\/35\/EU (Low Voltage) and Directive 2014\/30\/EU (Electromagnetic Compatibility).<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, devices such as ADSL modems, wired telephones, and telephone switches remain excluded from the RED, unless they integrate radio
