The new EU Regulation 2024\/3110<\/h4>

EU Regulation 2024\/3110 updates the legislation on construction products by introducing a greater focus on sustainability, digitalization, and transparency. CE marking remains mandatory but is strengthened with the declaration of conformity and new environmental information. <\/p>

Main innovations introduced include:<\/p>

  • Stricter environmental requirements<\/li>
  • Product life cycle assessment<\/li>
  • Introduction of the Digital Product Passport<\/li>
  • Mandatory electronic documentation from 2026<\/li><\/ul>
